Please join us for our next Prescott Benefit planning meeting as we mix and mingle and share ideas at The Porch located in Whole Foods Market November 21, 2019 at 730 pm. This meeting is open to current benefit volunteers and all those interested in helping make our schools largest fundraiser the best yet—all are welcome. Please RSVP so we can get a general account of attendees. We look forward to seeing you all there. Please contact us with any questions or RSVP at PrescottBenefit@gmail.com. We are still in need of volunteers in these areas: - Day of Event Help (setup, check-in, raffle ticket sales, auction checkout and breakdown) - Sponsorship (Securing family and business sponsorships) - Raffle (Distributing, Collecting, communications between teachers and raffle updates) -Wish Tree - Set up and Tear down of Teacher’s Wish tree.
