Prescott Class of 2021 Graduation Pictures
DATE: Friday, April 16, 2021 (non-attendance day for students)
TIME:
8:30-9:30 –> Students with the last name A-L
9:30-10:30 –> Students with the last name M-Z
WHERE: At Prescott. Students must fill out the daily health screener before entering the building for their picture. Students must practice social distancing. Parents will not be allowed in the building for pictures. Parents should wait outside the building for their child to complete their pictures (approximately 15 minutes).
WHO: ALL Prescott 8th Graders should take a graduation (cap & gown) photo. There is no obligation to buy pictures. Only cap & gown pictures are offered this year. This graduation picture is used in the slideshow during the graduation ceremony.
*Please contact your child’s homeroom teacher A.S.A.P. if there is a conflict or reason why they would be unable to attend picture day.
MORE DETAILS: Students should come dressed in their cap (with tassel) and gown. Make sure to STEAM/HANG UP the gown at least 24 hours prior so that it is not wrinkled.
*If you plan to wear a collared shirt, we suggest you pair with a tie. *Suit coats are not necessary.

ORDER CODE: 58314G Students who purchase photos prior to picture day or up to 48 business hours after will have their photos shipped to the school. Students who order pictures after April 18th will need to pay a $5 surcharge to have the photos delivered to your home.

DÓNDE: En Prescott. Los estudiantes deben completar el examen de salud diario antes de ingresar al edificio para tomar una foto. Los estudiantes deben practicar la distancia social. Los padres no podrán entrar al edificio para tomar fotografías. Los padres deben esperar fuera del edificio a que su estudiante complete sus fotografías (aproximadamente 15 minutos).
QUIÉN: TODOS los estudiantes de 8vo grado de Prescott deben tomar una foto de graduación (toga y birrete). No hay obligación de comprar fotografías. Este año solo se ofrecen fotografías de toga y birrete. Esta imagen de graduación se utiliza en la presentación de diapositivas durante la ceremonia de graduación.
* Comuníquese con el maestro de aula de su hijo, A.S.A.P. si hay un conflicto o una razón por la que no podrían asistir al día de la fotografía.
MÁS DETALLES: Los estudiantes deben venir vestidos con su gorra (con borla) y bata. Asegúrese de VAPORIZAR / COLGAR la bata al menos 24 horas antes para que no se arrugue.
