We are having our annual kick-off meeting for this year’s Benefit next Thursday, Oct. 14 at 7:00 pm. This is going to be an in-person, outdoor meeting to start work on our annual Benefit. Please RSVP to prescottbenefit@gmail.com for meeting details.
This is our largest fundraiser and the money raised is used to support the school and fill the gaps from CPS. In the past, we have purchased technology, teacher training, as well as supporting sports teams and other after-school activities. If you are unable to attend this meeting, but would still like to help, please reach out and we can find the right activity for you!
There are several roles that need to be filled (please see the attached document). It could be as simple as sending emails to help with day of event details. Below you will find the list of activities that go into making this a successful event. We also welcome input for new ideas that might make the benefit even better.
