12:00 PM Venue Set up/Auction Items
Guest Check-In: help check in guests
Wish Tree Monitor: assist in collecting donations for Wish Tree with parents
Casino Chip Sales: assist in selling Casino Chip package online with GiveSmart and handing out chip vouchers
Sell Raffle tickets: man the table and collect tickets
Take a Chance Wall: sell a pick choice on the wall for a chance to win a prize from the table.
10PM – Auction Close-out: help pull bid sheets from items closing, at 10:30pm, work checkout by taking credit cards for items won.
11PM – Clean-up Assist–clean-up: assist with cleaning up silent auction tables and carrying remaining event items to cars.

The 2022 Prescott Parents Annual Benefit, hosted by Prescott Parents at the Ivy Room (12 East Ohio) on March 12 from 7:00 – 11:00 pm, will be a chance for us to connect, have some fun together and show our support for Prescott students. Dress code is cocktail attire. It’s a fun adults-night out, full of socializing and dancing, a charity casino, drinks, and food, plus an auction featuring student artwork, one-of-a-kind teacher experiences for students, and fantastic items donated by neighboring businesses. This is the largest annual fundraiser for Prescott School.
