Prescott School Uniform Free Option (UFO) 2022-2023
Prescott Parents and Principal Roche together will again launch a UNIFORM FREE OPTION (UFO) Fundraiser. UFO is meant to be a fun day for the students of Prescott and by contributing, each student gets the opportunity to dress out of uniform. This year, UFO will be EVERY FRIDAY of every month (if school is in session), starting September 9th.
The standard UFO rate is $28/student to cover 1 year’s worth of UFO.
Last year: in an unprecedented wave of generosity, families donated extra so that EVERY student could participate in UFO. Due to this generosity, we have added a Donations section on GiveSmart so that families can Pay-It-Forward.
To honor our commitment to equity, we will not turn away students who cannot afford UFO. If you would like to participate but are unable to pay the full $28, select Reduced UFO and pay what you can afford to cover a full year’s worth of UFO Days.
Our goal this year is $10,000 to help cover CPS budget shortfalls.
Money from this year’s UFO fundraiser will go toward helping fund Field Trips, iPads, and After-School Programming (e.g. choir, Mathletes, sports teams, Future Problem Solvers).
