Hopes & Dreams for . . . 

Students: My hopes and dreams for students include academic and personal improvement, as well as a love of learning and self-assurance. I want them to feel free to express themselves and work with their peers, and I want them to feel included and encouraged in doing so.

Colleagues: For my colleagues, I hope for a cooperative and encouraging work environment where we can exchange ideas, techniques, and challenges to enhance our teaching methods and encourage one another’s professional development.

Self: I anticipate that I will help support the initiative to provide a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, stay current with best practices, and regularly evaluate my instructional techniques.  My goal is to be a resource and support for both coworkers as well as students.

Students: I hope my student finds a sense of belonging at Prescott, where he can feel comfortable and valued. I also hope he has a successful academic year, not just in terms of grades, but in gaining confidence and a love for learning. I hope he can form meaningful relationships with both peers and teachers that allows them to thrive socially and emotionally.

Colleagues: I hope my colleagues experience a year of tranquility and balance. I also hope to form deep, meaningful connections with their students and each other.

Self: I hope to grow professionally and personally by remaining attentive and open to leaning from my students and colleagues . I aim to take the time to truly understand who my student is, along with the dynamics of the peers he will interact with. My goal is to advocate and guide, ensuring I am fully present
