Join Prescott Parents this Wednesday (9/22) at 7 pm (via Zoom) to learn about volunteer opportunities to help us raise money to bridge gaps in CPS funding. Our goal this year is to raise $250/student!
Volunteers are needed:
· Coordinate restaurant give-back nights (Prescott Parents has a list of potentials partners)
· Investigate/coordinate relationships with corporate partners (sponsorships, grant-writing)
· Generate new ideas (i.e. 5K event, etc.)
· Yearly benefit volunteers – our biggest fundraiser
o Event coordinators
o Day of event volunteer coordinators
§ Coordinate check-in/check-out volunteers, set-up, clean-up, etc.
o Sponsorships and Donations
§ Send pre-made emails to businesses on our list
o Raffle ticket coordination
o Teacher Wish-Tree
o Decorations
o Marketing
o Investigate online platforms for a potential virtual event
